Made to order
Every Director Brazil piece is printed on demand, specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or size selection — please check the measurements on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email brazil@brazilcreativeagency.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund — no need to send anything back.

A note on fresh prints
A faint vinegar-like scent or light residue on a brand-new print is a normal part of the direct-to-garment process and disappears after the first wash. It is not a defect.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

European Union
If your order ships to the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; contact us and we will honor applicable law.
